Physical Eligibility Details for Indian Navy 10+2 SSR Agniveer & Matric MR Agniveer 2023

• Height: 157 cm for males and 152 cm for females.
• Running: Complete 1.6 km in 6 minutes and 30 seconds for males and 8 minutes for females.
• Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak): 20 times for males and 15 times for females.
• Push-ups: 12 times for males only.
• Bent Knee Sit-ups: 10 times for females only.
