On 13th March 2023, the Indian Air Force (IAF) announced the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 1 Result 2023. Candidates who took the CBT-based exam can now access their scores on the IAF's official website, afcat.cdac.in. The stage 1 recruitment process for the post of Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officers in Flying, Ground Duty (Technical/Non-Technical) has been completed, and after approximately two weeks, the AFCAT Result 2023 has been published for all candidates. On 13th March 2023, the wait for the AFCAT Result 2023 ended for approximately one lakh candidates who participated in the CBT-based exam. In the next few weeks, the IAF will organize the AFSB test stage 2. A total of 258 vacancies will be filled for the post of Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officers in Flying, Ground Duty (Technical/Non-Technical) based on the order in which candidates appear in all stages. The stage 1 CBT exam was recently conducted at various centers across the country from 24th February to 26th February 2023. Successful aspirants will now proceed to complete the AFCAT test, followed by a medical examination.

AFCAT 01/2023 Scorecard
The CBT based exam consisted of 150 questions carrying a total of 300 marks, and candidates must prepare accordingly. To qualify for the Stage 2 AFSB test and feature in the merit list, candidates must score 160 or higher this year. The CDAC website has published category-wise cut-offs. As per the trend from the previous year, all stages are likely to be completed within three months. Results will be available only online, and candidates who fail to pass stage 1 can appear in the next exam scheduled for the end of this year.

- Wait for the website to load completely.
- Look for the candidate login button in the homepage area.
- Select AFCAT 01/2023 and click on the candidate login button.
- Enter login details such as email address and password in the respective fields.
- Verify with the captcha and click on the login button.
- The score and cut-off will be displayed on the screen, and it is recommended to print it out for future use.
